Client assumes all risk for pool use by household members and guests. Pool Maintenance & Service Agreement: One-Time Pool Opening/Closing 📍 SERVICE SELECTED: One-Time Pool Opening / Closing Service UNIVERSAL SERVICE STANDARDS & CHEMICAL POLICY: All water chemistry is tested and balanced to Certified Pool Operator (CPO®) professional standards. Standard baseline sanitizing and balancing chemicals (including standard liquid chlorine, chlorine tabs, muriatic acid, and sodium bicarbonate/soda ash) required during the immediate opening or closing procedures are fully included in your flat-rate service billing. However, specialized, heavy curative, or preventative treatment chemicals are not covered under standard maintenance and will be billed as used based on pool demands. These specialty items include, but are not limited to: Commercial Algaecides, Phosphate Removers, Metal Sequestering Agents, Stain Preventatives, Specialized Clarifiers, Flocculants, and Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer) bulk re-balancing. BILLING & ACCESS: One-time opening or closing bundle fees are billed as a fixed rate and are due upon completion of the service run. Client agrees to provide clear, unobstructed access to the pool, cover systems, and all filtration/pumping equipment. All pets must be secured away from the service area on scheduled days. Client is responsible for maintaining the pool water at the mid-tile line between visits. EXCESSIVE DEBRIS & DISPOSAL: Standard maintenance includes up to 15 minutes of skimming/debris removal. If a visit requires additional time due to storms, heavy leaf fall, or neglected landscaping, an Excessive Debris Fee of $50 per half-hour will be applied. All debris will be placed in onsite receptacles; offsite hauling is not included. SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS — OPENING & CLOSING PROCEDURES: This service represents a standalone, singular event block. • Pool Openings: Includes winter cover removal/re-packing, structural deck fittings preparation, equipment assembly, pump re-priming, and baseline water chemistry shock initialization. • Pool Closings: Includes winterizing lines, equipment draining, clearing lines of remaining moisture, winterizing chemical additions, and secure safety cover re-installation. 🟢 Green Pool Condition & Billing Upgrade Clause: Standard opening pricing exclusively covers mechanical labor and initial system startup, assuming the underlying pool water is relatively clear upon cover removal. If the cover is pulled back and the water exhibits an active organic or algae infestation (green or black water), the pool cannot be cleared or brought to a safe, swimmable state under the standard opening scope. In this scenario, the full One-Time Pool Opening fee remains fully applicable to cover the physical equipment setup and cover handling, and a full, separate Green-to-Clean Algae Remediation Package will be added to the invoice at full package pricing to cover the extensive chemical loads, filtration flushing, and curative multi-day return visits required. 📅 Routing & Scheduling Notice: We are currently setting up routing optimization profiles for all pool service lines. You will be explicitly notified of the specific day of the week our trucks will visit your property. However, due to daily seasonal workloads, truck positioning, and field dynamics, we cannot guarantee or set a specific, fixed arrival time window for your service day. LIABILITY WAIVER: Newshades PWS is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failure, underground leaks, structural deterioration, or "Acts of God" (storms/flooding). Client assumes all risk for pool use by household members and guests. Pool Maintenance & Service Agreement: Equipment Repair & Filter Deep Clean 📍 SERVICE SELECTED: Equipment Repair or Filter Deep Clean (Sand/Cartridge) UNIVERSAL SERVICE STANDARDS: All diagnostic testing and system evaluation runs are performed to Certified Pool Operator (CPO®) professional technical standards. Standard baseline plumbing sealants, lubes, or minor equipment-pad shop supplies used during the immediate labor window are factored into the diagnostic run. BILLING & ACCESS: Baseline labor block fees or filter cleaning flat-rates are due upon completion of the onsite service visit. Client agrees to provide clear, unhindered access to the pool pump house, automated control modules, main breaker boxes, and all filtration/pumping equipment. All domestic pets must be completely secured away from the servicepad footprint on scheduled days. EXCESSIVE DEBRIS & PAD CONDITIONS: Standard repair windows assume clear working workspace footprints around the equipment pad. If a technician requires excess time to clear brush, heavy leaf blockades, or structural debris layers just to access the mechanical plumbing nodes safely, standard field service labor rate additions may apply. SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS — LABOR ONLY & COMPONENT BILLING: This document represents a Strictly Labor-Only Agreement for immediate diagnostic teardown, component repair attempts, or filter deep-cleaning runs (Sand backwashes/chemical drops or Cartridge elements manual pressure washing). Because the exact internal condition of the mechanical pad infrastructure cannot be completely verified prior to a physical teardown: • Parts & Post-Diagnostic Billing: All physical replacement parts, heavy component assemblies (such as new motors, seal plates, replacement grids, multi-port valves, or cartridge cores), and any additional labor blocks required to finalize the fix are not covered under this base agreement and will be fully calculated, itemized, and billed separately post-visit. • Prior Authorization: Any required replacement parts or extra mechanical repair labor exceeding a $100 threshold will be explicitly presented to the client for clear confirmation before parts orders are finalized or installation labor begins. LIABILITY WAIVER & WARRANTY LIMITS: Repair execution labor is warranted for exactly 30 days from the service date. All newly installed components and equipment parts are strictly subject to individual manufacturer warranty terms and tracking profiles. Newshades PWS is not responsible for secondary component failures, structural pad shifts, brittle age-related pipe fractures that manifest during standard tool handling, or "Acts of God" (freeze damage/flooding). Pool Maintenance & Service Agreement: One-Time Water Chemistry Analysis & Balancing 📍 SERVICE SELECTED: One-Time Water Chemistry Analysis & Balancing (pH, FAC, CYA) UNIVERSAL SERVICE STANDARDS & CHEMICAL LIMITS: All water testing and balancing dosing is calculated to Certified Pool Operator (CPO®) professional standards. This standalone visit includes onsite mobile testing and professional application of basic balancing chemicals (liquid chlorine/tabs and muriatic acid) required to adjust levels during the service window. Specialty chemicals, heavy shock loads, or advanced treatments (such as commercial algaecides, phosphate removers, stain preventatives, clarifiers, or bulk stabilizer/cyanuric acid packs) are explicitly excluded and will be billed as used if needed. BILLING & ACCESS: One-time chemical analysis and balancing fees are billed at a flat trip rate and are due immediately upon completion of the visit. Client agrees to provide clear, unobstructed access to the pool side and all water circulation controls. All pets must be secured away from the service area on scheduled days. CIRCULATION REQUIREMENT: For chemical applications to balance and register accurately, the pool’s filtration and pumping system must be fully operational. Client agrees to run the pool pump continuously for at least 24 to 48 hours post-treatment as directed by the technician. Newshades PWS is not responsible for chemical imbalances resulting from inadequate post-visit filtration run-times or equipment failures. SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS — ONE-TIME VISIT LIMITATIONS: This service represents a singular, one-time site visit block to test and stabilize the current water state. It does not include physical cleaning, debris skimming, wall brushing, basket emptying, or long-term chemical monitoring. Because water chemistry is highly dynamic and changes constantly due to swimmer load, sunlight, temperature, and rain, Newshades PWS guarantees chemical balance only at the precise time of application. Ongoing water clarity and stability remain the client's sole responsibility unless a recurring maintenance package is established. 📅 Routing & Scheduling Notice: We are currently setting up routing optimization profiles for all pool cleaning lines. You will be explicitly notified of the specific day of the week our trucks will visit your property. However, due to daily seasonal workloads, truck positioning, and field dynamics, we cannot guarantee or set a specific, fixed arrival time window for your service day. LIABILITY WAIVER: Newshades PWS is not responsible for surface staining, plaster etching, vinyl liner bleaching/wrinkling due to pre-existing conditions, or "Acts of God" (heavy storm diluting). Client assumes all risk for pool use by household members and guests. Pool Maintenance & Service Agreement: Premium Water Delivery Refill 📍 SERVICE SELECTED: Water Delivery (Premium Refill) UNIVERSAL SERVICE STANDARDS: All bulk water transport, tracking, and delivery operations are handled using commercial-grade tanker trucks and high-pressure offloading systems. Brought-in water is visually inspected prior to bulk offloading to protect your asset. TANKER LOAD CAPACITY & BILLING POLICY: Water is transported and delivered via commercial 7,000-gallon tanker trucks. Billing is structured strictly on a per-load basis. Client explicitly agrees to pay the full rate for each 7,000-gallon load deployed, regardless of whether the pool takes the entire capacity of the final truck. Example: If your pool requires 10,000 gallons of water to fill to operational levels, a second truck must be dispatched, and the client will be billed for two (2) full 7,000-gallon loads. SITE ACCESS, HOSE PLACEMENT & PROPERTY PREPARATION: Client is completely responsible for providing a clear, unobstructed drive path for heavy bulk delivery trucks. Client warrants that driveways, lawns, sidewalk crossing points, and subterranean utility layouts along the designated hose drop path are structurally rated to handle heavy operational truck weights. Newshades PWS assumes zero liability for lawn tire ruts or cosmetic concrete surface marks resulting from standard delivery footprints. SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS — THE 5 CRITICAL WATER DELIVERY PILLARS: By signing for this bulk utility run, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees to the following five operational criteria tracking rules: 1. Site & Access Clearances: Heavy bulk transport vehicles require firm, clear surface access paths. The delivery path from truck parking pad to pool edge must be entirely free of low branches, landscape obstructions, and structural barriers. 2. Hose Management & Laydown: Discharge supply hoses will be systematically mapped along the ground surface. Client must ensure no pedestrians, vehicles, or equipment cross over or disturb the high-pressure line paths while delivery dumps are active. 3. Delivery Volume Limits: Delivery billing explicitly covers the pre-quoted volume blocks or specific load drop iterations. Total pool filling lines must stop strictly at the manufacturer's mid-skimmer/mid-tile line marker to prevent perimeter structural wall over-topping. 4. Equipment Inspection Window: While water fills are underway, a baseline visual structural scan will be logged. If pre-existing liner separations, shifts, or failing structural pool walls manifest under structural water weight shifts, filling will immediately pause. 5. Post-Fill Startup Routing: Once fill targets hit the required operation lines, standard filtration loops cannot activate instantly until water checks clear. Direct plumbing priming, filtration box startup runs, and post-fill system checks will be handled separately. 📅 Routing & Scheduling Notice: We are currently setting up routing optimization profiles for all bulk lines. You will be explicitly notified of the specific day of the week our trucks will visit your property. However, due to daily seasonal workloads, truck positioning, and field dynamics, we cannot guarantee or set a specific, fixed arrival time window for your service day. ADD-ON PREMIUM OPTIONS & UPGRADES: The following dynamic service upgrades are available and will be itemized additionally if selected or operationally required by site logistics: • Extended Hose Reach (600 ft Layout): Standard delivery rates assume standard hose run distances. If truck positioning limitations require deploying an extended hose layout up to 600 feet to reach the pool edge, an additional $140 extended reach fee will be applied. • Equipment Startup & Pump Prime: To bring the equipment pad safely online immediately following a bulk fill, a $125 startup fee will be applied. This covers re-assembling plugs, clearing lines, priming the pump housing, and running a complete system pressure test. • Startup Chemical Balancing & Sanitization: Freshly delivered raw utility water must be curatively treated to protect pool surfaces and swimmers. Full CPO-certified baseline chemical balancing to stabilize pH, FAC, and stabilizer (CYA) levels to bring the pool to an active, running state will be itemized and billed as an independent add-on service. LIABILITY WAIVER: Newshades PWS is not responsible for structural pool failures, structural settling, pre-existing vinyl liner popping/tearing, subterranean washing, or "Acts of God" occurring during or instantly following bulk water drop sequences. Client assumes all property risks associated with heavy volume liquid dynamics. How would you like to handle your activation payment today?
